The Internet is swarming with reports of the recently discovered Heartbleed bug. This bug is a security vulnerability affecting many servers and network appliances. Occasionally, security issues such as these require that we take action to protect the security and integrity of our customers and their data during production hours.
TazWorks immediately contacted their software and network vendors and have been working with them to patch the servers and network devices. TazWorks received the last remaining fix necessary for their load balancing hardware and will apply the update today as soon as they have validated it on their development system. They will then replace existing SSL certificates for all domains used to access InstaScreen™ with newly issued certificates. Following these procedures, all user accounts will be required to change their passwords.
Because these updates will occur during production hours, there is potential of being logged off or seeing some system slowness. System security is a top priority.
We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your support as we ensure your data remains secure.
We will keep you informed of any changes and updates.
Thank you,
