Over the past year we have focused some of our time and attention on partner/integrations. Because we use the TazWorks software we have a fully documented API and XML guide that allows us to build streamline background screening solutions with third party software. If you are interested then we take a couple of steps, One: we establish the industry your are in and if there are any compliance issues that might stand in the way and Second: we work out a mutual agreement outlining product offering and workflow. At this point we have a pretty good idea of how we can make it work. We have successfully integrated with over 8 partners this year and hope to double that next year. Background Screening Integrations are not hard and make sense for a lot of proprietary software. Being able to have an API background screening solution is something that many of our competitors don’t offer and what allows us to stand apart.
